Hi, I'm Daniel
I'm a guide, a meditation teacher, and the founder of Frequency, a Community Collective for real-world connection in North County San Diego. I've spent more than 30 years building community and have shared over 1,000 guided meditations in public.
Emotional Alchemy grew out of my own way back. When my business, my marriage, my faith and my community came apart at once, thinking harder didn't help. Learning to feel what my body was carrying did. Now I sit with people in that same place and guide them through it, in person in Encinitas and online.
A session starts with a conversation and a short guided meditation. Then we find where the feeling lives in your body and let it move. You leave with a clearer sense of what's going on and one next step.
I'm not a licensed physician, psychologist or therapist. Emotional Alchemy is a complementary, body-based practice. It isn't medical or mental health care, and it isn't licensed by the State of California.
If you're carrying something heavy, you don't have to work it out alone.
